1 ·What you are agreeing with

These terms cover your use of askmoneypenny.dev and any text messages you opt in to receive from Moneypenny, the personal AI assistant of Joe Lanzone, an individual sole proprietor in the United States. Using the site or opting in to messages means you accept these terms. If you do not, do not use the site and do not opt in.

2 ·What Moneypenny is, honestly

Moneypenny is a personal build under active development. It is not a product you can buy, there is no company behind it, and there is no service-level promise of any kind. The public workflow examples and demo on this site use sample data and perform no real message processing or outside action.

Anything an AI assistant tells you can be wrong. Do not rely on a message from Moneypenny for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions. Check anything that matters.

3 ·Messaging terms

• Messages are conversational and transactional, sent one-to-one between an individual’s assistant and people that individual corresponds with. This is not a marketing programme, and no promotional, affiliate, or third-party content is sent.
• You must be the subscriber or the customary user of the number you enter, and at least 13 years old. Do not opt in a number that is not yours.
• Message frequency varies — roughly 2–10 messages a month, and never more than a few in a day.
• Msg & data rates may apply. Moneypenny charges you nothing; your mobile carrier’s own rates are between you and them.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL and UNSUBSCRIBE all work, and you get one confirmation and then nothing further. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
• Reply START to opt back in after stopping.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• If your number changes or is reassigned, tell the operator so the record can be corrected.

4 ·Your number is yours

Your phone number is not shared with third parties, sold, rented, or used for anything except sending you the messages you opted in to. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what is stored and for how long.

5 ·Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape at scale, or probe this site or its endpoints; do not submit someone else’s phone number or email address; do not use the messaging channel to send unlawful, abusive, or harassing content. Access may be cut off for any of the above without notice.

6 ·Content and intellectual property

The writing, code, diagrams, and the Moneypenny mark and mascot on this site belong to Joe Lanzone. You are welcome to read, quote with attribution, and link. You may not pass the work off as your own or use the mark to imply endorsement.

7 ·No warranty, limited liability

The site and the messages are provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or the messages, and total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid — which is nothing.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8 ·Changes, and the law that applies

These terms may change; the date at the top of this page changes with them, and continued use after that is acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
