What is collected, and why.

1 ·Who this is

Moneypenny is the personal AI assistant of Joe Lanzone, an individual sole proprietor in the United States. It is not a company product and there is no organisation behind it. Reach the operator about anything on this page at [email protected].

2 ·What this site collects

Three separate paths, each collecting only what it needs:

• Reading these pages. Cloudflare, which serves the site, processes the request metadata any web server sees: IP address, user-agent, the page requested, and timing. The marketing pages also load a self-hosted analytics bundle that records the page path and a visitor hint derived from a u query parameter, utm_source, or the referring URL. Session replay is off and form inputs are masked. The SMS, privacy and terms pages load no analytics at all.
• Email signup. If you submit the email form, a Cloudflare Worker stores your email address, the signup time, the IP address Cloudflare reports, and your browser user-agent in Cloudflare KV. If notification is configured, the same record may also be sent through Resend to notify the operator.
• SMS opt-in. If you opt in on the SMS page, a Cloudflare Worker stores your phone number in E.164 form, the UTC timestamp of your consent, the IP address Cloudflare reports, your browser user-agent, and the exact consent wording you agreed to.

There are no advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers, and no third-party advertising or analytics networks anywhere on this site.

3 ·Why each thing is collected

• Request metadata — to serve the site, and to see which pages people read.
• Email address — to tell you once when there is something to see. Nothing else.
• Phone number — to send you the messages described on the SMS page, and only those.
• Consent record — the timestamp, IP, user-agent and consent wording exist to prove that you agreed and when. This is the evidence that protects you from being messaged without consent.

4 ·Your number and your address are not shared

Your phone number is not shared with third parties. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone for their own purposes. Nothing collected here is sold, rented, traded, or given to advertisers, data brokers, affiliates, or any list.

The only parties that touch your data are the processors that make the thing you asked for actually happen: Cloudflare hosts the site and stores the records; the messaging carrier delivers a text you opted in to receive; Resend, when configured, delivers the operator’s own signup notification. Each one handles the data only to perform that function. Data may also be disclosed if legally compelled, which has not happened.

5 ·How long it is kept

• Consent records are kept for as long as you are opted in, and for at least four years after you opt out — that record is what proves the opt-out was honoured, and what stops the number being messaged again by mistake.
• Signup emails are kept until you ask for removal or the announcement they exist for is sent.
• Analytics are kept in aggregate on the operator’s own machines and are not tied back to an identified person.

6 ·What you can ask for

Email [email protected] and ask to see what is held about you, to correct it, or to delete it. There is no account to log into and no form to fight — it is one person reading the mail. Deletion requests are honoured except where a consent record must be kept as proof that an opt-out was respected.

To stop text messages immediately, you do not need to email anyone: Reply STOP to any message.

7 ·Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and no one under 13 should opt in to messages. If a child’s data reaches this site, email the address above and it will be deleted.

8 ·Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page changes with it, and anyone opted in to messages is told by text before the change takes effect for them.
