Moneypenny is Joe Lanzone's personal AI assistant. It can send you text messages about things you asked it to watch — and it only ever does that after you say yes on this page or in reply to a text.
This page is the whole agreement: what the messages are, how often they arrive, what happens to your number, and how to stop them in one word.
Conversational, one-to-one messages from a person's assistant — not a marketing list. There is no promotional programme, and nothing here is sold.
Two ways, both of them yours to start:
A — on this page. Enter your mobile number and tick the consent box below. Ticking it is an express written agreement to receive the text messages described on this page at the number you enter. The box is optional and starts unticked: submitting without it records nothing and sends nothing. The first message you receive is a confirmation naming Moneypenny and carrying HELP and STOP.
B — by text. Reply START to a message from Moneypenny, or text START to the number Moneypenny messages you from. Replying START or UNSTOP after a stop re-opens the conversation.
Consent is never a condition of anything else, it is not bought or sold, and it is never assumed from a shared contact list. No one else can opt your number in.
Nothing is sent to you until you have a reason to hear from Moneypenny.
When you opt in on this page, a Cloudflare Worker stores your number in E.164 form, the time you consented, the IP address Cloudflare reports for your connection, and your browser's user-agent string. That record exists for one reason: to prove that you agreed, and when.
Your number is not shared with third parties. It is not sold, rented, traded, or used to build any list. It is not passed to advertisers, data brokers, or affiliates. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone for their own purposes.
The one unavoidable exception is delivery: the messaging carrier that actually puts the text on your phone necessarily handles your number to deliver it, and no one else does. That is a processor carrying out the message you asked for — not a third party receiving your data.
Opt out and the consent record is kept only as evidence that you opted in and then out, which is the record that keeps you from being messaged again by mistake.
